Connect with Fellow Parents at ASK’s In-Person Support and Virtual Support Groups

Raising a child with unique needs can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. ASK Resource Center invites you to connect through our in-person ASK Each Other support groups held across Iowa and our virtual sessions held monthly, offering safe spaces to share experiences, access resources, and find mutual support with guidance from our experienced Family Support Specialists.

We are a family-focused nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and their family members by providing innovative and collaborative advocacy, training, resources, and supports.
